About Dynamic Impressions, Norwich
The day to day running of Dynamic is down to Sarah Smith and Mark Critten.
Sarah oversees the accounts and liaising with clients. Sarah has over 30 years experience of the paper trade and printers. She knows the market very well and has taken the best she has seen of the printing trade and is implementing these ideas and processes in to Dynamic.
She is also responsible for getting those urgent jobs out she is equally happy packing up boxes and arranging couriers collections.
Another member of the team is Mark Critten (now part owner). He has been with Dynamic for over 21 years. A keen footballer, playing for Fakenham Town (amongst others). He has a reputation for speed and scoring lots of goals! He follows Norwich City Football Club and goes to pretty much every away game! He also loves his holidays and the Stereophonics!
Mark is the back-bone of Dynamic. When those impossible rush jobs get completed it is usually him that makes sure the team gets everything done!
Susan Huish - a team member for over 20 years. Susan processes all the jobs at Dynamic. Busy behind the scenes, digging out previous job samples, electronic artwork files and getting everything ready on the job bag. A few years ago one of our clients welcomed her to the team. "I haven't spoken to you before, are you new?" he asked. "I've been here for twelve years" she answered. She's like an undercover agent getting everything ready for production!
